  The project is very old, and crude, though quite powerful if used by the right team of people.

  This project was not initiated by us(developers), but was rather asked by the UP NEC Marketing Team to help them out with their daily tasks and to upgrade the website of the National Engineering Center.

  I was abandoned by my partner, since the process was moving quite slow. And so I decided to create the whole applicaiton in PHP using Smarty templates. It has a CMS section that can maintain the data for their site as well as newsletter sending tool.

  The project is not yet deployed onto their servers due to the fact that there is no further technical assistance from their own webmasters who can possibly assist in the deployment.
